Robert Wade Preston, '53 BS, '55 MED, deceased July 30. WWII Air Corps veteran, serving in the Northern Mariana Islands and working on a ship repairing B-29 bombers. Spent the majority of his education career teaching history and typing at years at Flag High.

Lavena Wilson, '53 BS, '56 MED, deceased Mar. 22, 2007.

George Edward Burns, '57 MED, deceased Aug. 2. Served in the Navy 1949 on the USS Bairoko CVE115. Teacher at Grand Canyon and Creighton schools; administrator for schools in Ganado, Window Rock, Cave Creek, Ehrenberg and Kingman. Member of Elks for 58 years; active member of Mountain View UMC. Loved camping, boating, hunting, and fishing.

Serpents girls basketball to five titles and one crown, as well as boys hoops, baseball, softball and girls golf. Also known as the voice of the Serpents football team.

Robert G. "Bob" Faucett, attended, Nov. 8. Lifetime resident of Richmond, Ind.; Korean War Navy veteran, retired as general manager at Indiana Press Steel, Penn Central Division. Well-known for his fast pitch softball pitching, honored in the Fast Pitch Softball Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City.
